Review of various areas of telecom is a common occurrence with our clients.  The responsibility for review of recurring charges normally falls to a series of individuals or a department.  The expectation from the executive levels of these corporations is that because these are telecom specific that the individuals within these departments are also billing experts.

In reality, this could not be further from the truth.

Generally, telecom departments are staffed by technologists expected to keep the company’s telecom & IT functions running.  They are tasked with negotiating telecom agreements without the ongoing billing and pricing knowledge necessary to successfully validate a bottom line agreement.  We typically are able to reduce a company’s telecom and IT costs from 10% to 25%.
